They have done an amazing job, yes we went over budget and over time, but only due to demands from the city. They kept the budget down as best as they could, and always kept us in the loop of what was happening. Their team was lovely to deal with. The end result was better than we could have asked for, the house looks amazing and workmanship is A+.
Our Reno was a town house and although it was a total gut and interior rebuild, we always felt that our Reno was a priority to them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone

Wow! Very impressed with Goldcon Construction and Karim that I decided to write a review. I noticed his amazing reviews and is why we coordinated a meeting. I have seen his work and toured a home he was building. Across the road from the home Karim was building was another house getting constructed that had taken 2 years. In only ten months Karim had almost completed the home he is working on and the other home was only 1/2 finished. Karim management style, openness, timelines, focus on the details, quality of construction, and the construction site were all superb. His values and attitude and communication are all exceptional. I have contracted over 25 homes in West Vancouver and I have not found any contractor that can build a house in todays times that can compete with Karim on cost or time. The time it takes for him to build homes for the $ per foot is outstanding. We are planning a Reno on our home and he has been incredibly helpful and he helped us out with his thoughts and then he supplied a long list of trades. We were blowen away with his positive attitude and his kindness. Soon we will start to build a new home and we will definitely use Goldcon and Karim to build it for us.

Best custom home builders in GVRD!

We've done many remodels and renovations in the past, but this was our first custom home build and Goldcon delivered! From the consult stage to design and build, I can't say enough about how professional, supportive, accommodating, and punctual this team was. The end product was exactly what we had dreamt of and beyond! It's very rare in this era to find builders who can stay on budget and schedule, but Karim and Kav at Goldcon made sure that there were no surprises along the way (beyond the absolutely unavoidable and uncontrollable - no project is without a few bumps in the road, but it's how this team dealt with them is what puts them at the top of their league). Would highly recommend Goldcon for any renovation, remodel, or custom home build.

Very helpful contractor

Goldcon Construction built a custom home for us. We are very happy with the quality of workmanship. The process was very fast(less than a year) as they promised. Karim and Kaveh are very professional and detail oriented. During the project they were always available and we had communication as needed. I appreciate their hard work and experience.
