The team at Goldcon construction are absolutely amazing. We bought out home and had less than 1 month to do renovations on our home and move in.

Kaveh from Goldcon was awesome right from the beginning. Extremely detail oriented down to things we would have never thought about, which would have been a problem if we didn't do them from the beginning. For example leaving an inch of the countertop for where the stove goes in so that it'd have enough space in the back.

We got them to remove asbestos and the popcorn ceilings. Paint the home, build customer cabinets for the bedroom, and also for the dining room, and other things around the house. Nothing was to hard for them to handle.

They finished on time and when it came to the budget, Kaveh was super upfront about how much it would cost.

Nasser who was working with the day to day team worked professionally as well. We loved everyone on their team.

We couldn't be happier with how our renovation turned out and super excited to be in our home now.

They have done an amazing job, yes we went over budget and over time, but only due to demands from the city. They kept the budget down as best as they could, and always kept us in the loop of what was happening. Their team was lovely to deal with. The end result was better than we could have asked for, the house looks amazing and workmanship is A+.
Our Reno was a town house and although it was a total gut and interior rebuild, we always felt that our Reno was a priority to them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone
